Cancellation policy

At Not Forgotten LLC, we work hard to process orders quickly so your items can ship without delay. Because of this, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. This policy explains how cancellations work for regular orders and pre-orders placed through our online store.

1. Standard Order Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not begun processing or shipped.
To request a cancellation, customers must:
    1.    Email info@notforgotten.store with:
    •    Full name
    •    Order number
    •    Reason for cancellation
    2.    Wait for confirmation from our team.

If the order has already entered processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may return the item once delivered under our Return Policy.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders help us reserve inventory for upcoming releases and limited-edition apparel.
Because pre-order items are often produced specifically based on demand:

Cancellation Window for Pre-Orders

You may cancel a pre-order:
    •    Within 48 hours of placing the order, for a full refund.
    •    After 48 hours but before production begins, for store credit only.

Once production has started or items have been allocated for fulfillment:
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of product defects or failure to deliver.

How to Cancel a Pre-Order

To request cancellation of a pre-order, customers must:
    1.    Email info@notforgotten.store with the subject line: “Pre-Order Cancellation Request.”
    2.    Include:
    •    Full name
    •    Order number
    •    Item(s) you wish to cancel
    3.    Our team will inform you whether the pre-order is still eligible for cancellation based on production status.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation is approved:
    •    Refunds (when allowed) will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
    •    Cancellations eligible for store credit will receive credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Shipping costs, rush processing fees, or transaction fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

4. Orders Canceled by Not Forgotten LLC

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion for reasons including:
    •    Suspected fraud
    •    Incorrect pricing or inventory errors
    •    Failure to deliver due to invalid address
    •    Any issue that prevents order fulfillment

If we cancel an order, customers will receive a full refund, including shipping.

5. Policy Updates

Not Forgotten LLC may update this Order Cancellation Policy at any time.
The effective date below will always reflect the most current version.
