Thank you for choosing Not Forgotten LLC. We aim to ship your Christian apparel with excellence, care, and integrity. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and ship both in-stock items and pre-orders placed through our online store.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

In-Stock Items
    •    Standard Processing: 2–4 business days
    •    High-Volume Periods (drops, sales, holidays): 5–10 business days

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items have extended processing times, as they are produced specifically for your order.

    •    Pre-order Processing/Production: Currently up to 3 weeks before shipment.
    •    Estimated ship dates will be listed on each product page.
    •    Production timelines may vary based on demand or manufacturing delays.
    •    We will always notify you via email if there are significant changes.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected.

Typical delivery times (after processing/production):
    •    Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
    •    Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days
    •    *COMING SOON* International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.

3. Orders Containing Pre-Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship as one package when all items are ready.
This helps reduce shipping costs and minimize environmental impact.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Shipping During Production Delays

Because pre-orders rely on production schedules, delays can occasionally occur.
If a pre-order is delayed:
    •    You will receive an email update
    •    You will be given the option to:
• Wait for updated delivery
• Exchange for an in-stock item (if available)
• Request store credit

Refund eligibility follows our Pre-Order Cancellation Policy.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received:
    1.    Allow 48 hours for carrier updates
    2.    Check with neighbors, building staff, or mailrooms
    3.    Contact the carrier directly
    4.    Email us at info@notforgotten.store with your order number

While we will assist with tracking and claims, Not Forgotten LLC is not responsible for stolen packages, or for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
    •    Customers are responsible for reshipment fees
    •    Requested refunds will exclude original shipping costs

Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

8. International Orders

For international shipments:
    •    Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are not included in product pricing
    •    Customers are responsible for all fees charged by their country
    •    Customs processing may extend delivery times

9. Holiday & High-Volume Season Notice

During major sales, holidays, and seasonal drops, both processing and shipping times may be extended.
We appreciate your patience during these high-volume periods.

10. Policy Updates

Not Forgotten LLC may update this Shipping Policy at any time.
The date below will always reflect the latest version.
