Refund policy

At Not Forgotten LLC, our mission is to remind every person that they are seen, valued, and never forgotten by God. We want you to feel that same confidence in every purchase. This Return Policy explains how returns are handled for items purchased through our online store.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    •    Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
    •    The item must be free of odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage.

Non-returnable items:
    •    Clearance or final-sale items
    •    Gift cards
    •    Customized or limited-edition drops when marked “No Returns”


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please:
    1.    Email info@notforgotten.store with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    Wait to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
    3.    Ship the item back only after the RA number has been issued.
    •    Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to sender.

3. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. Returns may be declined if the item:
    •    Shows wear or damage
    •    Has been washed or altered
    •    Is missing tags or original packaging
    •    Was marked as non-returnable at checkout

If a return is declined, you may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

Refunds include:
    •    Item purchase price
    •    Applicable taxes

Refunds do not include:
    •    Original shipping fees
    •    Priority/rush shipping charges

If the item does not meet full return standards but is still in resellable condition, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

5. Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color of the same item, when available.
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of:
    •    The item
    •    The issue
    •    The packaging and shipping label

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

7. Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Not Forgotten LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

8. Seasonal Grace Periods

During holiday seasons or special releases, we may extend the return window. Any updates will be posted on our website at least 14 days in advance.

9. Policy Updates

Not Forgotten LLC may update this Return Policy at any time to reflect business or legal changes.

The effective date below will always show the latest version.
